Directions to Meritage

Our building is on the corner of 17th and Larimer in downtown Denver. There is metered parking on both sides of Larimer. There are also adjacent public parking lots which average $8/day.

From DIA

Exit the airport on AIRPORT BLVD.
AIRPORT BLVD. becomes PENA BLVD.
Follow PENA BLVD. to I-70 WEST toward Denver (not I-225)
Follow for approximately 10 miles
Exit I-25 SOUTH
From I-25 SOUTH, exit 38th AVE/PARK AVE.
Merge onto PARK AVE. WEST
PARK AVE. WEST becomes 22nd ST.
Turn right onto LARIMER ST. (one way)
1675 LARIMER ST. is on the right on the corner of LARIMER and 17th STREET.

From South Denver on I-25

Take I-25 NORTH toward downtown to AURARIA PKWY exit
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto AURARIA PKWY (Pepsi Center will be on your left)
AURARIA PKWY becomes MARKET ST.
Turn RIGHT onto 17th ST.
Turn RIGHT onto LARIMER ST.
1675 LARIMER ST. is on the right on the corner of LARIMER and 17th STREET.

From North Denver on I-25

Take I-25 SOUTH toward downtown to the 38th AVE/PARK AVE. exit
Merge onto PARK AVE. WEST
PARK AVE. WEST becomes 22nd ST.
Turn RIGHT onto LARIMER ST. (one way)
1675 LARIMER ST. is on the right on the corner of LARIMER and 17th STREET.
