What We Do
We pursue investment opportunities that require between $5 and $15 million of capital to accelerate growth of an existing core business that has a financial profile including:
- Annual revenue between $3 and $20 million, the majority of which is recurring in nature
- EBITDA positive or a clear path to EBITDA positive status
Our flexible investment mandate enables us to craft a financing approach that is appropriate for virtually any situation. We make both minority and control investments and will consider direct equity financings, recapitalizations, control acquisitions, consolidations, restructurings, spin-outs and management buy-outs.
